For agencies preparing a client handover

It said “booked.”Did the bookingactually save?

Check the conversation against the calendar or CRM before handing the agent to your client.

I test one existing workflow, inspect the available tool and record evidence, and return prioritized findings. Human test calls backed by engineering investigation.

Before your client signs off

Test the action,
along with the conversation.

We choose up to five scenarios for your single workflow: for example, a successful booking, a date correction, repeated confirmation, a failed tool and an unavailable slot. These are test cases, not five separate workflows.

  1. When the caller changes their mind.

Corrections, interruptions, hesitation and unexpected wording. Does the agent follow the latest request?

  2. When a conversation becomes an action.

Bookings, updates and handoffs. With the agreed test access, I check what happened beyond the spoken confirmation.

  3. When the happy path ends.

Missing information, unavailable appointments and failed tools. Does the caller get an honest answer and a useful next step?

  4. When the call starts going in circles.

Repeated questions, awkward pauses and unnecessary steps. Where does the conversation become confusing or frustrating?

The handover

Something your team
can actually use.

A clear account of what was tested, what failed and what still needs investigation.

Reviewed findings

Expected versus observed behavior, impact and recommended next steps. Confirmed failures are separated from subjective feedback and inconclusive results.

Evidence and reproduction notes

Call timestamps, agreed recordings or transcripts, and relevant tool or integration evidence where access is provided. Unrepeatable issues are marked as intermittent.

Priorities for your handover

A short list of recommended corrections and next checks. The report identifies coverage gaps and limits; it is not a pass certificate or a guarantee of production readiness.

A few practical questions

Before we start.

Who is the review for?

Agencies preparing an existing voice agent for a client demonstration or handover. Choose one booking, lead-qualification or handoff workflow. Your agent must already be callable in a safe test environment; building an agent is a separate engagement.

What exactly does $250 cover?

Up to 5 agreed scenarios and 10 test-call attempts, capped at 5 minutes each (50 minutes total). Reproduction attempts count toward the same allowance. One English-speaking reviewer (Ashir), one test environment and outcome verification in one connected test calendar or CRM using supplied records or read-only evidence. You receive a concise written report with expected versus observed behavior, evidence, reproduction notes, priorities and recommended corrections. One consolidated set of up to 5 clarification questions about the report, sent within 5 business days of delivery, is included. New investigation and additional calls are separate.

Who tests it, and which platforms are supported?

I make the calls in English and review the evidence myself. My engineering background is in LiveKit. Other platforms can fit when an approved test number or browser link and relevant records are available; compatibility is confirmed before invoicing. Additional reviewers, languages and specific accent coverage are not included.

What access and materials do you need?

A test number or browser link, five or fewer agreed scenarios, expected outcomes, redacted test data and usable records from one connected test calendar or CRM. You must be authorized to share the agent and evidence for your client. We agree recording permissions and a secure sharing method first. Do not send credentials, API keys or private customer records through the inquiry form.

What if evidence is missing or no issue is reproduced?

I separate reproduced defects, intermittent observations and unverified suspicions. If the supporting records are unavailable, the report states what could not be checked. A deeper source-code investigation is not included. We resolve access gaps before starting where possible; if they block work later, we agree how to proceed and update the delivery date. The fee covers the agreed testing, not a guaranteed defect or a readiness certification.

When do I pay, and when do I get the report?

No payment is taken on this page. I confirm fit, access, scope, usage cap and availability by email, then send a one-time $250 USD invoice. Payment is due before testing. Target: 3 business days after scope acceptance, payment and receipt of usable test access and evidence. Availability and the delivery date are confirmed before invoicing. We can scope asynchronously; a discovery call is optional.

Are provider fees, repairs or retests included?

The $250 is the service fee. Telephony, model and platform usage are billed to your own test accounts; we agree a usage cap before testing. No live customer calls or paid third-party tools are added without agreement. Repairs, post-repair retests, additional workflows or systems, extra languages or reviewers, load testing, security/compliance audits, ongoing monitoring and cost optimization are outside the review and quoted separately. Any implementation has its own fixed-price proposal and acceptance checks; there is no automatic follow-on charge. Testing cannot guarantee an error-free agent or a business outcome.

What are you handing
over to your client?

Send your platform, the single workflow you want checked and your intended handover date. I’ll confirm whether the fixed-price review fits and when I can deliver. No discovery call required.

Do not include credentials, API keys, private client records or confidential exports. We agree a secure way to share test materials after scoping.
