From a startup idea to a usable validation product.

An early startup idea leaves a founder with several decisions: which assumptions matter, what evidence exists, and what to test before investing further. A useful product needs to turn that uncertainty into a next action.

StackFlight takes an idea and produces a proof score, priority risks, live market evidence, and a validation plan. The score is a decision aid, not a promise that a business will succeed.

I built and shipped the product end to end: the application experience, authentication, AI workflow, saved validations, analytics, and production deployment. The stack includes Next.js, TypeScript, Clerk, and Tailwind CSS.

That scope meant owning both the visible report experience and the application around it. Authentication and saved validations make the assessment something a user can return to. Deployment makes the workflow available beyond a local prototype.

The product presents a set of distinct outputs: an assessment, evidence, priority risks, and a plan. Each serves a different decision. The evidence provides material to inspect; the risk list helps focus attention; the plan gives the founder a next step.

This is the kind of AI product work I take on: defining what a user should be able to do, building the interface and supporting application, and getting the whole workflow into a usable release. The model response is one component of that delivery.

StackFlight demonstrates end-to-end ownership of an AI web product, from application flow to deployment. It is an independent product build, not a commissioned client engagement.
