Leave a message. I’ll reply personally.

When you contact me, I use your message and contact details to understand your inquiry and reply. Please do not include passwords, API keys, payment details, or sensitive personal information. You can contact me directly at hello@ashirshaikh.com.
Chat is provided by tawk.to. Its widget loads when you choose to open chat. It can collect messages, contact details you provide, conversation cookies, and browsing/session information. tawk.to states that its data is hosted in the United States on Google Cloud. The website does not authenticate ownership of an email address simply because someone types it into chat.
If you leave the website, I need a valid reply email to follow up. Replies through the ticketing workflow may be sent by email. See tawk.to’s privacy policy for its processing and subprocessors.
Contact forms send your inquiry through Resend to my inbox. Short-lived counters derived from a connection identifier help limit automated submissions. These counters expire automatically; they do not contain your message. If a form is temporarily unavailable, you can use chat or email.
With your permission, the site uses Google Analytics and PostHog to understand page visits and contact actions. Optional analytics stay off until you allow them. Analytics events from the contact integration do not include the contents of your message. Session-replay settings mask inputs and exclude forms and chat iframes. These providers may process technical identifiers and usage information under their own policies. You can change your choice below.
I retain correspondence while handling an inquiry or working relationship and where records are needed for ongoing obligations. Chat records do not automatically expire in this setup. I review inactive inquiries for deletion; deletion from chat and email is handled separately. Contact me to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask about information needed for your request. Some records may need to be retained for an existing obligation.
